Ami Meal Cafe started in January 2024. Korean-inspired takeout meals like triangle gimbaps and tofu pouches that are both comforting and full of flavor. They also offer traditional Korean foods such as homemade kimchi and Namul bap (temple food) and have frozen meals like Bulgogi and Gochujang pork for convenient enjoyment at home.

Bad Attitude Bread is a plant-based bakery led by pastry chef Logan Dunn, baking vegan biscuits, scones, brioche, cinnamon buns, cookies, cakes, pies, and pastries from its storefront at 816 Dundas Street West. The bakery also wholesales to cafés across Ontario and sells at Leslieville Farmers' Market on Sundays in the warmer months.

Chaton Hamilton is a French-style bakery located inside the Hamilton Farmers’ Market, known for its handmade pastries, croissants, brioche, and other classic baked goods. Founded by pastry chef Anna Warunkiewicz, who moved to Hamilton in 2021 after working in some of Toronto’s top restaurants. Bringing the charm and flavour of a French café to the heart of the city. Every item is made fresh daily using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients, with seasonal specials inspired by local offerings. The name “Chaton,” meaning kitten in French, is both a term of endearment and a quiet nod to the local Tiger-Cats team. “I wanted to bring beautiful, traditional French pastries to downtown Hamilton. After moving here in 2021 and falling in love with the city, I saw an opportunity to plant roots and share my passion for pastry. Everything we make—from our croissants to our Madeleines—is baked fresh with care and lots of butter. I believe in quality, technique, and the joy a great pastry can bring.
