Ilknur's Bee Yard is a honey business founded by beekeeper Ilknur Cakmak, who brings three generations of Turkish beekeeping knowledge to her work in Canada. She sells honey at Toronto farmers' markets including Allan Gardens, East Lynn Park, The Eglinton Way, and The Junction.

Over the last few years, we've seen friends move out to the country and start farming, producing food on a small scale, and hitting road blocks. At the same time, we've seen food prices go up and scarcity that we had not previously experienced. We realized that both problems could be solved at the same time, by improving the supply chain between small farms and consumers.

Rogue Farms, owned by Alysha, grows pesticide-free produce in residential backyards across Toronto as well as plots in Scarborough and Etobicoke. The urban farm brings uncommon vegetable varieties to city markets including Underpass Park, Allan Gardens, and Cabbagetown.

Bread and Salt Fine Food is Toronto cook Tharwat Awamleh's scratch-made pantry staples and prepared foods, named for the Arabic tradition that sharing bread and salt makes people family. She cooks from seasonal, local ingredients, growing her own herbs and spices when she can, and sells at Allan Gardens Farmers' Market.
