Noki Farms, co-owned by Nykole Crevits and Karl Fellbaum, grows gourmet mushrooms and microgreens indoors in downtown Guelph using vertical hydroponics. Varieties include lion's mane, oyster, shiitake, and enoki mushrooms, plus pea, broccoli, arugula, and radish greens, sold year-round including at Dufferin Grove.

Thames River Melons started in 1984 when Rob decided to grow a single acre of melons. Everything you buy is grown, raised, or made on our family farm in Innerkip, Ontario. The farm has grown to include over 40 crops, homemade goods, honey, beef, home delivery, and seasonal experiences.

We have been farming in Norfolk County since 1966. As our family grew and went on to greener pastures, we switched our focus from raising pigs and growing vegetables to a cash crop operation. However, we had developed a special bond with both our customers in Cambridge and our fellow farmers in Norfolk County and beyond. Since the mid-2000s we have been bringing the finest products we can find to the Cambridge Farmer's Market. While our focus is always on providing fresh, local produce, we also pride ourselves on being a year round outdoor vendor on the Cambridge Farmer's Market.

Hello! I am Priya. Six years ago, I came to Lindsay, Ontario, for higher studies. I enrolled in Fleming College's Advanced Water System Operations and Management program. During my studies, to cover personal expenses, I found a part-time job at Mickael's Café Libraire, operated by a baker from France. Mickael sold croissants, sourdough bread, bagels, pretzels and more. All items were new to me because I am from Punjab, the land of chapati and curries. I was hired to clean, but Mickael soon introduced me to baking. We started baking in November 2022. 100% Natural, FRESH baked goods.

Charlie Nairn started selling cheese at the Cambridge Farmers' Market in 1960, specializing in imported and domestic cheese. The stall remains a long-running deli inside the market building.
