The Afro-Caribbean Farmers’ Market connects Black farmers, growers and food businesses with Little Jamaica, in the Little Jamaica–Afro Caribbean Cultural District. Stalls carry culturally appropriate Caribbean and African produce, local urban-farm harvests, baked goods, bread, juices, preserves, sauces and artisan products.

With the town''s rich heritage in farming and agriculture, the Ancaster Farmers Market is a place for Ancaster residents and visitors to enjoy locally grown products right in the heart of the Ancaster BIA. The Ancaster Farmers Market is not only a place for locals to shop, dine, and explore, but a place for connection and community. An event organized by the Ancaster BIA, held at the Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre.

Barrie Farmers’ Market, established 1846, is one of Ontario’s oldest continually operating markets and is celebrating 180 years. It runs every Saturday from 9am to 1pm, year-round, at Barrie City Hall, 70 Collier Street. Outdoor stalls fill Mulcaster Street and Collier Street from May through October (2026 outdoor season returned May 2); the indoor market is inside City Hall from October through April. Shoppers find fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, honey, maple syrup, baked goods, handmade crafts, coffee, ready-to-eat foods, and seasonal treats.

Bloor.Borden Farmers’ Market is a Wednesday market in the Annex, in the Green P lot at 300 Borden Street just south of Bloor. Local fruit, vegetables, meats, dairy and more, rain or shine.

The Bradford Farmers’ Market has been a fixture in the community since 2008, and 2026 marks the 19th year it has been 100% community-run. It is held Saturday mornings in the parking lot of the Bradford West Gwillimbury Library and Cultural Centre at 425 Holland Street West. The 2026 season runs May 16 through October 10, Saturdays 9AM–1PM, with live music, fresh local food, activities, and monthly events. Vendors offer Holland Marsh produce, honey and maple products, heritage beef, locally roasted coffee, teas, garden plants, herbs, Ontario cheese and yogurt, breads and baking, eggs, prepared foods, pies, jams, cakes, BBQ, and crafts. All products must be grown within 100 kilometres of Bradford.

The City of Brampton’s Saturday farmers’ market runs downtown on Main Street North between Queen Street and Theatre Lane / Nelson Street West. Fresh produce, prepared foods and handcrafted goods, and many Brampton-based entrepreneurs got their start at the market.
