Reyes Farms is the Niagara tender-fruit orchard of Mimi Bizjak and Ignacio Ruiz Reyes, who purchased the original Bizjak family farm in 2014. They grow tree-ripened, hand-picked fruit and bring it to Toronto farmers markets, including year-round indoor and outdoor markets at Evergreen Brick Works.

Nith Valley Organics is a 75-acre mixed farm in Plattsville run by Nathan and Aleta Klassen. They grow a wide range of certified organic vegetables and raise pastured sheep, broiler chickens, and a laying flock, selling produce, eggs, lamb, and chicken at Dufferin Grove and The Stop's Farmers' Market.

Urban Harvest has sold 100% certified organic seeds, seedlings, and garden supplies since 1997, with heirloom varieties chosen for urban and market gardens and seedlings grown in or near the Greater Toronto Area.

Knuckle Down Farm is a small-scale organic market garden on a back-channel of the Trent River near Stirling, Frankford, and Campbellford, Ontario. Farmer Jenny Cook, who established the farm in 2012, grows more than fifty varieties of vegetables, garlic, herbs, and flowers largely with hand tools, and also runs a CSA.

Nature's Way Organic is a family-run, 100-acre certified organic farm on Lake Erie's north shore near Long Point in Norfolk County. The Dirse family, farming the land since 1958, grows organic sweet potatoes and popcorn plus cucamelons and other seasonal produce.

Noki Farms, co-owned by Nykole Crevits and Karl Fellbaum, grows gourmet mushrooms and microgreens indoors in downtown Guelph using vertical hydroponics. Varieties include lion's mane, oyster, shiitake, and enoki mushrooms, plus pea, broccoli, arugula, and radish greens, sold year-round including at Dufferin Grove.

Plan B Organic Farm is a family-owned certified organic vegetable farm in Flamborough, Ontario, growing 30 acres of veggies, greens, and fresh herbs in fields and greenhouses. Founded in 1997 by Rodrigo Venturelli, Alvaro Venturelli, and Melanie Golba, it is Hamilton's original organic CSA, with crops certified organic by Pro-Cert Canada.

The Greenhouse Eatery is a family-run farm-to-fork business, founded in 2011 by Audrey McDonald, that organically grows vegetables on McVean farm in Brampton. They also make black garlic products, including caramelized black garlic, powder, mustard, and dressing, and sell prepared foods at Toronto markets.

First Fish is a non-profit social enterprise working directly with Indigenous fisheries across Canada to distribute their wild-caught seafood products. Featuring Arctic Char, Turbot, Halibut, and Pickerel with both frozen fillets and smoked products available.
