Sausage Party Toronto is a vegan street-eats and deli brand founded by chef Emily De Beus, who started it as a pop-up in 2017. The kitchen makes seitan-based hot dogs, sausages, burgers, and plant-based deli meats by hand for markets, events, and its Toronto shop.
