Queen Gozleme is a Toronto-based Turkish street-food stall run by the Cengiz family, grilling stuffed gozleme from recipes continued from their parents' decades-long business in Sydney. Fresh dough is rolled, filled (beef, chicken, or vegetarian, including pumpkin-leek with feta), cooked on a flat grill, and served with lemon and garlic yogurt sauce.

Reyes Farms is the Niagara tender-fruit orchard of Mimi Bizjak and Ignacio Ruiz Reyes, who purchased the original Bizjak family farm in 2014. They grow tree-ripened, hand-picked fruit and bring it to Toronto farmers markets, including year-round indoor and outdoor markets at Evergreen Brick Works.
