Pleasant Cookie Co is a small-batch bakery on the lower level of the Hamilton Farmers’ Market, known for its deluxe, scratch-made cookies. Using high-quality ingredients and a nostalgic approach to flavour, Pleasant specializes in soft, generously sized cookies with crisp edges and rich, gooey centres. Established in 2023 out of a shared café kitchen, Pleasant has grown into a local favourite, offering both signature staples like Chocolate Chip with Sea Salt and Cowboy Pretzel, as well as three rotating monthly flavours. Every cookie is baked fresh daily on site. I love creating cookies that feel both familiar and exciting. There’s something special about taking a classic flavour and making it memorable. Everything we bake is made from scratch, with care and good ingredients you can taste in every bite. Being a part of the Hamilton Farmers’ Market community has been incredibly rewarding—it’s a joy to connect with customers face-to-face and share what we do.
