Pattoa Foods, founded by Karen Vincent-Baker, makes whole-food plant-based meals with Caribbean island flavour, including the original plant-based Jamaican yatty (patty). Inspired by recipes from her mother Yvonne and grandmother Sue, the Maple kitchen prepares chef-made vegan meals for markets, catering, and delivery.
