Since 2010, Chi of Natural Japaneats has made traditional Japanese sweet and savoury snacks based on rice and seasonal ingredients from Ontario farmers, sold at GTA farmers markets including Evergreen Brick Works. The cooking follows a macrobiotic approach focused on vegan, seasonal and local ingredients.
