For over 30 years, Lina’s European Pastries and Coffee have been baking for Hamiltonians, offering a warm and welcoming experience at their traditional European bakery and coffee shop inside the Hamilton Farmers’ Market. Their daily selection includes fresh-baked turnovers, fruit and Portuguese tarts, cannoli, biscotti, and a wide assortment of homemade cookies. Customers will also find seasonal treats like cheesecake, carrot cake, pumpkin spice cookies, and decorative shortbreads. Alongside the sweets, they serve more than 45 types of freshly roasted coffees, including a standout lineup of organic, Fair-Trade options. “My family and I put care into every batch, from turnovers to tarts, cookies to croissants. Fridays and Saturdays are a bit extra, with sausage rolls, almond, butter, pistachio, and chocolate croissants, plus stuffed feta cheese bagels.
