East Lynn Park Farmers’ Market

Loco Fields was established in 2010 just outside Stratford. They farm 7 acres, growing primarily in 60,000 square feet of greenhouses, most naturally heated by the sun, with a focus on soil health and reducing fossil fuels. They grow seasonal leafy greens, microgreens, herbs, heirloom tomatoes, young ginger and other specialty vegetables.

5N2 Hydroponic Farms grows pesticide-free leafy greens and herbs year-round in indoor vertical farms in Scarborough, using nutrient-rich water instead of soil and far less water than field farming. Founded in 2013 by Seema David, the charity reinvests proceeds from lettuces, basil, shiso, and other greens into meals and grocery support for food-insecure residents.

The Back 40 is Gus Primeau's farm in Pontypool, Ontario, growing cut flowers such as peonies, gladiolus, and dahlias along with vegetables including beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sweet potatoes.
