Samosa Delight is run by sisters Nina and Yasmin, who continue the Somali samosa recipes of their mother Asha, once known as the Samosa Lady of Weston from her Weston Road restaurant Wiif. They sell homemade halal beef and veggie samosas at Scarborough and Courtyard farmers' markets.
