candlesandpalms, owned by Sandy Fawcett, hand-pours environmentally sourced soy candles and wax melts meant to burn for up to 50 hours. Based in Ajax, she also runs candlesandpalms cafe in Highland Creek and sells scented soy candles at Courtyard and Scarborough farmers' markets.

Left Field Brewery, founded in Toronto in 2013 by Mark and Mandie Murphy, brews baseball-inspired IPAs, sours, dark ales, lagers, hard seltzers, and non-alcoholic beers. The production brewery and taproom are in Leslieville, with a second brewery, taproom, and kitchen in Liberty Village.

Malvern Urban Farm is a three-acre community farm in Scarborough's Finch hydro corridor, launched in 2021 as part of the City of Toronto's CEED garden program. About 25 farming groups grow culturally relevant produce such as callaloo, bitter melon, spinach, zucchini, hot peppers, eggplant, and herbs.

Nutilicious Foods, owned by Anne in Scarborough, makes a plant-based snack with a light, yogurt-like texture from four ingredients and no additives. Flavours include pistachio, hazelnut, almond, walnut, and black sesame.

Pfenning's Organic Farms is a family-owned certified organic vegetable farm in New Hamburg, Ontario, growing organically since 1981 on more than 700 acres. Best known for carrots, they also grow leafy greens, brassicas, squash, and other root vegetables, and pack produce from a network of Ontario organic growers.

PriZurv, owned by Brian Doody in Etobicoke, makes restaurant-style jams, pickles, and spreads from ingredients at peak freshness. After 15 years in GTA restaurants, Doody preserves flavours such as pear-onion jam, apple butter, preserved lemons, and fermented jalapeños without the artificial flavours of mass-produced jam.
