Meika’s is the hot-sauce brand of Tameika Laing, a Humber College culinary graduate with Jamaican and Trinidadian heritage. The sauces and spice blends are made to add a West Indian twist to dishes; Evergreen highlights Meika’s Mango Lemon Mint Pepper Sauce at the Saturday Farmers Market and Garden Market.
