Briskit BBQ began in 2010 as a humble mom-and-pop shop founded by Ed and Elaine, longtime Georgetown residents with a passion for good food and great community. After years of building a loyal following, they proudly opened a full sit-down restaurant to better serve the town they have called home for over 25 years.
