Blue Gables Acres is a haskap berry farm and micro winery in Paris, Ontario, established 2020. The flavour of the haskap is like eating raspberries and blueberries smashed together. Kimmy has been introducing and experimenting with foraging, preserving, and wine making from local plants and fruit, bringing in Métis heritage to learn more about indigenous plants and their health benefits.
