Waterdown Farmers' Market

Fenwick Berry Farm is a family farm in Fenwick, in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, run by Dave and Christine Klyn-Hesselink. They grow strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, peaches, nectarines, apples, sweet peas, and sweet corn, selecting varieties and growing techniques to extend the harvest.

The Ace of Tarts bakes hand-rolled butter tarts from scratch and sells them online and at farmers' markets around Toronto. Every tart is rolled and baked fresh for market day.

Rich Hevesi is the founder of I'd Tap That Maple Syrup, a company built on a deep love for both crafting exceptional maple syrup and honouring Ontario's natural beauty. Operating on a 100-acre farm in the Algonquin Highlands, he makes maple syrup from sugar and red maples on his farm, with each batch tapped during the perfect seasonal conditions.

The JC Cattle Co is a group of three ambitious farmers who saw an opportunity to grow a sustainable farming business. We are in our third year of operation, and we joke that it all started with a trip to the city where we noticed a growing need for local, quality beef.

Summit Station Dairy & Creamery proudly produces fresh dairy products on the Loewith family farm in Hamilton, Ontario. Seventy-five years ago Joe and Minna Loewith began milking fifteen cows; sons Dave and Carl, along with grandson Ben, have grown the herd. Farm-fresh milk is delivered in returnable glass bottles, with cheese curds, yoghurt, and small-batch butter.

Janice Dalziel has been a potter in the Halton area for over 25 years. Her beginnings started as a member of the Credit Valley Artisans in Georgetown and shortly after completed two years of study at Sheridan College in ceramic design. Her work over the years has been available at various farmers markets and retails stores in the area.

Blue Gables Acres is a haskap berry farm and micro winery in Paris, Ontario, established 2020. The flavour of the haskap is like eating raspberries and blueberries smashed together. Kimmy has been introducing and experimenting with foraging, preserving, and wine making from local plants and fruit, bringing in Métis heritage to learn more about indigenous plants and their health benefits.
