Welcome to Boston Spring Farms We are a vegetable greenhouse operation specializing in grape tomatoes. The plants are grown from February to December each year. Production starts in late April and goes through to Christmas.

Grainfields Bakery is an artisan bakery established in 1983 in Ontario. The original philosophy has always been using sourdough and natural whole grains to make breads. Breads with ancient grains such as spelt and kamut are the mainstays in our production. We also make rye and barley breads. The flour we use is made by whole grains to maximize the benefits of natural fiber.

Lillian has been coming to the Market since she was four years old. She took over her father's stall in 1964, selling vegetables, herbs and flowers, which she grows in her farm and greenhouses located in Waterdown, Ontario.
