One Brewing, co-founded by brewmaster Manfred Delecroix and Elliott Shropshire, makes non-alcoholic beer under 0.5% ABV, currently brewed at Common Good Beer Company in Scarborough. The Toronto brand aims for full beer flavour without alcohol, drawing on Delecroix's French and Belgian brewing background.
