Kate's Scoop is small-batch ice cream made in Toronto by Kate Jones, who founded the business at 14 after concussions ended her sports career. Flavours include Blueberry Crumble, Milk & Cookies, Cinnamon Toast, and Caramel Pretzel Chocolate, and a portion of proceeds supports concussion awareness and mental health. The company sells at Appletree's SickKids and Davisville Village markets and delivers tubs across Toronto.
