Gunn’s Hill is a small artisan cheese plant on Gunn’s Hill Rd. in Oxford County. Shep Ysselstein and Colleen Bator make Swiss-influenced, traditionally crafted cheeses from neighbouring Friesvale Farms milk, now sold in over 300 Ontario locations.
