Green Thumbs Growing Kids is a downtown-east Toronto nonprofit that teaches food and nature literacy through school and community gardens. The organization grows produce using organic methods on rooftop market gardens, including a 10,000-square-foot green roof at Daniels Spectrum, and sells the harvest at Cabbagetown Farmers' Market.
