About

After a few incidents of fate and circumstance, Fairweather opened its doors in May 2017. We made our home in a revitalized warehouse in west Hamilton’s Ainslie Wood neighbourhood.

Menu

• High Grade

  Hazy IPA 6.2%. Brewed with barley, oats & Simcoe, Idaho 7, Citra & Mosaic. Mango, pineapple, nectarine, peach. FULLTIME.

• Donna

  Pilsner-style lager 5.2%. Elegant European hops. Spicy noble hops, bread crust, floral. FULLTIME.

• Priceless

  Hazy pale ale 5.6%. Fresh citrus, coconut sorbet. FULLTIME.

• Golden Goose

  Light lager 4.5%. Canadian barley & noble hops. FULLTIME.

• Touchy

  Hoppy pils 5%. Lightly dry-hopped with New Zealand hops. Delicate, floral, bright.

• Dream Pop

  Dry-hopped sour 6.1%. American-style sour ale. Lemon, lime, fuzzy peach, cranberry.

• Snappio

  CRISPY IPA 6%. Bright, clean and punchy with new world hops. Blueberry, grapefruit, peach.

• Be Nimble

  Fruited sour 5.1%. Conditioned on pink guava, vanilla & fresh grapefruit zest.

• Chuggy

  Extra light beer 2% (Barely Beer). Current flavours: Passionfruit or Lemon.
