Crosswind Farm is a family-owned goat dairy in Keene, Ontario, started in 2006 by Kevin and Cindy Hope. They make small-batch goat milk products including artisan chèvre, homestead feta, reserve goat cheddar, probiotic yogurt, and bottled milk pasteurized within hours of milking.
