Salvatore’s Gourmet Foods was started in our family’s kitchen around our love of food. Salvatore used his wife Emma’s recipe and perfected it into the mouth-watering tomato sauce it is today. Made fresh from the ripest, sun-kissed tomatoes, the sauce is dairy free, gluten free, with no added sugar and no preservatives.

Brooks Farms started in the mid-1800s when Edward Brooks brought his family from England to Canada, later settling near Mount Albert. For over 150 years the farm grew field crops and livestock, and the fourth generation opened it as a destination farm.
